Meet the Staff - Fr. Richard J. McGrath, OSA, Ph. D.
Father McGrath was ordained in 1973 and worked at St. Rita High School in Chicago, and St. Edward Central Catholic High School in Elgin, Illinois, before going to Providence Catholic. He has taught English and Theology and coached football and golf. Father’s professional career includes Master’s Degrees in Divinity, English, School Administration, and a Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago. He is the author of several articles for the National Catholic Educational Association through NCEA Notes and Momentum Magazine and has published the following books through NCEA:
Father McGrath speaks annually at the NCEA national conventions and gives presentations around the Country on athletics and Catholic youth sports. Father McGrath joined CSM in 2005 and serves Catholic School Management and its clients in the Administrator Search Division, conducting searches for administrators at all levels of Catholic education. He also provides consulting in the area of Catholic school administration and with regard to athletic programs. July 2008 |
